This online multimedia exhibit used contemporary and archival images, audio, and video to explore the different people and institutions from Colorado that were (and continue to be) instrumental in the United States Mars missions. The research began with Herbert A. Howe’s journals and his work at the Chamberlin Observatory. It expanded to cover the different technologies and equipment developed in Colorado and launched toward Mars.

For this exhibition, I researched the Colorado/Mars connection, explored DU’s and CU Boulder’s archives,
and designed the online exhibit on the ArcGIS platform.
